Q: The driver of water taxi may accompany and help me to carry the baggage up to my hotel in the case the accommodation is far from the nearest point where it could stop?

A: In any case, the driver cannot leave the water taxi because  in Venice there are very strict rules for the boats to  remain stop, and the service is not included  in the price indicated.
But if you have difficulty walking and many baggages, and your hotel is not directly accessible, we can prepare the baggage porters service with an additional fee.  Just let us know when you book our service.

Q: Why should I book? I can not take your car in the airport or Rome square like a usual taxi service?

A: The Italian law on transport requires all customers transported on our vehicles have booked our service  in advance..

Q: Can you tell me your working hour ?

A: Our offices is open from 9 to 18  but in case of emergencies you can reach us with the number: +39 347 4458256

Q: Your cars are prohibited smoking? Is there air conditioning? How many seats for passengers?

A: All vehicles are prohibited smoking and are equipped with air conditioning. We have vehicles up to 4 and 8 passengers.

Q: If I arrive at Venice by  cruise ship, the terms and conditions are same as arriving at the airport by plane?

A: No. In this case the driver will wait no more than 45 minutes of your time of arrival  you booked. In the case of delay, please call our emergency number.

Q: Can I have a extra baggage? Is there any problem if I am with a wheelchair?

A: Yes of course you can bring a extra baggage..  The important thing is that you can identify all your baggage! 
There is no problem for us that you bring wheelchair.

Q: Everything is included on the price?

A: The prices include everything that is specified, and also the highways fee , fuel, and taxes.

Q: Until when can I change or cancel the booking?

A: Reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before transport without penalty.

Q: What happens if my flight is delayed?

A: We wait until an hour after the scheduled time of arrival even if late.
After an hour we’ll try our best to arrange your alternative transfer service but we are not responsible if this it’s not possible.
In case of lost baggage and it seems to take more than 1 hour to finish all the procedures, please call or someone of you comes to alert driver, and then we can wait for you.

Q: Is it possible to request baby seats for the children under 3 years old?

A: I’m sorry but we cannot provide baby seats. Children under 3 yeas old  must sit  in the arms of their parents.

Q: How much tips should I leave to the driver?

A: The tips should be paid depends on the service you have received.

Q: How long does it take to get to the Hotel I booked?

A: The estimated time from the Airport to the hotel are as follows;
     Venice center    about  35 minutes
     Venice Lido       about 50 minutes
     Mestre               about 20-30 minutes
